- Returns
For returns or replacements, Birch & Burl requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued beforehand. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original packaging and like-new condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is factory defective.
For purchases made with a credit or debit card, a 2.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from refunds. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns for non-defective items will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items in used or damaged condition are non-returnable.
- Exchanges
Exchanges may be arranged prior to shipment. Once shipped, items are subject to the return policy. - Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event of damage or defect upon delivery, please notify Birch & Burl immediately. If noticed after delivery, provide photos within 24 hours to customerservice@birchandburl.com. Replacement or repair will be arranged promptly.
